Karin has completed over 1200 hours of instruction in science and therapeutic techniques through the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and other institutions. She attended human cadaver lab at Albany Medical School. After becoming licensed by the state of New York and nationally certified through NCBTMB, she taught at the CNW School in addition to having her own practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is currently the massage therapist at the Community Chiropractic Center in West Orange, NJ and Excellent Physical Therapy in Bedminster, NJ.

Karin is certified in equine massage through Equissage, Round Hill, VA and has further education in equine physiology and neuromuscular therapy under John Sharkey of the National Training Centre, Dublin, Ireland. She attended equine cadaver lab at The Cumming School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, North Grafton, MA. Her most recent training is in Myofascial Release and Fascial Energetics with Michael Scott.
A devoted equestrian, Karin has ridden hunter/jumper and western disciplines for over 40 years. She is currently training in dressage with Harold, a Canadian Sport Horse. She and her late horse, Mr. Morgan, were volunteers for the hippotherapy program at Rocking Horse Rehab in West Orange.
